High deductible health insurance will become the norm real soon

I just scanned this story in today’s Detroit Free Press and will read it more carefully later about real high deductible health insurance.  More and more employers are going to it where the consumer foots a big chunk of their healthcare bill.  Should this be something that political candidates talk openly about?
